Terug bij TTFC de Britse muzikant Sean Taylor. Hoort bij jonge generatie singer-songwriters. Vanaf 2006 heeft hij maar liefst 15 albums uitgebracht. Songs en stories over de Brexit, de vluchtelingencrisis, dakloosheid, Grenfell brand en misbruik van drank en drugs.

Sean’s stemgeluid varieert van bluesy, jazzy tot folk, soms richting Tom Waits. Superbe singer-songwriter, 100 optredens per jaar, virtuoos gitaarfenomeen, multi-instrumentalist en supertalent. De fragile en virtuoze klanken die hij uit zijn gitaar tovert, passen mooi bij zijn stem. Liveoptredens worden gekenmerkt door passie en leuke anekdotes. Doet denken aan singer-songwriters als John Martyn en Richard Thompson. Genomineerd voor beste blues artiest 2023 in de UK. Komt met Mike Steal op double bass en Paulina Szczepaniak op percussion. Zij spelen mee op zijn laatste album “Short Stories”.
